Issue: Account is disabled error shown to local user.
Cause: Native users account is locked because of  "n" number of failed attempts.
Solution:
If you are able to access Hysecure management console with security officer, please login with certificate user.
Go to "Auth Management"  and click on "User Profiles" here all the profiles of logged-in users will be present.
Find the user id that is giving above error, select it, and click on unlock button. This will unblock the account.

Note:The account gets disabled usually when an incorrect password is entered more than 3 times by default.

Though the number of attempts before the local user account is locked in hysecure can be configured.
