Below process is to be followed on any Windows 7 machine experiencing issues with Accops HySecure Client.


  1. Please Uninstall the Accops HySecure Client installed. Then Restart your Machine.

  2. Now Install the Windows Security patches as per the OS architecture

    For Windows 7 32 Bit.

  3. After the above mentioned patches are installed or were already installed then, Reinstall the latest client available on the http://www.accops.com/Productrelease.html

  4. Also now verify that "Use LSP mode" is not checked (refer below image). To verify it go to Action >  Preferences > Advanced options
    If it's checked then please uncheck it > and select "Use NSP for name resolution" if not already checked. Now Close the client completely and login again.
