• The Accops Controller logs from the Management console:





  • RDS server - SessionHost Logs:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Accops\HyWorks\SessionHost\Logs

    Accops Client logs:
    Windows client/hy3020 - SSO full client logs from below location on user machine:
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Accops\edc\softclient\logs : 

      Note: if multiple users account present, from all the locations.

  • Thin client hy4000/hy3000  , SSO client complete logs: Copy "logs" location folder using WinScp from the thin client at below location:
     /root/edc/logs
  • You can download current logs from controller also:


  • Hyworks DVM agent logs from below location on the Dedicated VM   :
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Accops\HyWorks Desktop Agent\Logs"

             DVM can be collected logs from controller as seen in below location:  


  • HyPrint logs:
    C:\Windows\Temp\Accops


The event viewer logs from below location on system where hyworks client is installed and SHD/Dedicated  :

Application logs :   To access the Application Logs once in Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs > Application    --> if there are crashes.

System logs:  To access the System Logs once in Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs >System


Terminal Serivces-localsessionManager    --> for disconnection issue.

 Start > Run > eventvwr > Applications and Service Logs > Microsoft > Windows > TerminalServices - LocalSessionManager > Operational
