Symptoms: When a user is trying to access an application through HySecure, above mentioned error appears.
"An Error Occurred While Launching the Application. The Launch failed due to some licensing error."
Cause: The terminal server might not be able to locate the license server.
Solution: To resolve this error at User PC, please follow the below steps.
Please download the attached "PropalmsRDSCALResetTool.zip", and extract and run "PropalmsRDSCALResetTool.exe"
Accept Below UAC Prompt.
Note: Local Admin Credential required if user is not an local admin after Accepting above UAC prompt.
Then Select Yes. (See Below Snapshot)
Press OK. (Please refer below snapshot)
Press OK. (Please refer below snapshot)
Press OK. (Please refer below snapshot)
Note: Reboot is required after completion of above steps. Please Select "Yes".(Please refer below snapshot)
NOTE: if any antivirus is running, Please disable temporarily and run this tool again.
